Analisis Survei Awal Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Konstruksi Di Palembang

Industri konstruksi sangat mengandalkan produktivitas tenaga kerja untuk mencapai efisiensi dan kualitas hasil kerja. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja konstruksi memiliki dampak langsung terhadap keberhasilan proyek. Berbagai penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor tersebut, baik yang mendukung maupun menghambat produktivitas. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor ini, manajemen konstruksi dapat mengambil langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, sehingga target proyek terkait biaya, kualitas, dan waktu dapat tercapai.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja konstruksi melalui survei awal. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada tenaga kerja konstruksi yang terlibat dalam berbagai proyek. Sebanyak 51 item faktor diidentifikasi melalui kajian literatur dan dikategorikan ke dalam lima kelompok: individu, manajemen, bahan dan peralatan, keuangan, dan eksternal. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 51 item faktor, hanya 38 yang secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja konstruksi. Temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan untuk penelitian lanjutan dan upaya peningkatan produktivitas di industri konstruksi
